Merry Meet,
The times are a changin' and COTES is going to make a few changes in the way we meet!
This month we will celebrate Last Saturday by putting our heads together and creating an electronic temple in real time. COTES' website has room to list lots of new things....and we should take advantage of this.
April 25th, Saturday, I will have a meeting on Skype live. This meeting will be "chat only" so that there will not be a limit to the number of people who would like to participate. If you do not have Skype yet, it is free at www.skype.com. Please load the program and find me (Mithriel1962) before the Last Saturday Skype meeting.
I will be looking for suggestions for ways to communicate electronically as a group. We can use Skype to conduct simultaneous rituals (world wide!), have round table discussions, and more. Results of these discussions can be posted on the web site, or preparation for meetings, rituals, advancing through degrees using the web to complete related tasks and research, etc, may be posted ahead of time. There are many ways to communicate electronically. We should explore and employ as many as we find useful.
To summarize:
Last Saturday will be electronic beginning this month.
We will establish effective means of getting together for ritual, meetings, round table, lessons, and more
The COTES web site as well as e-mail will remain a part of our communication package
You are encouraged to make suggestions and participate in all events
Meetings "in the flesh" will be discussed ad hoc
I am looking forward to hearing from all the computer gurus and creative thinkers. Please join us on the 25th of April, 9:00AM with all the ideas to make this next transition a success!
