Recipe: Bread Stuffing for Chicken or Turkey


1 loaf of stale white bread
1 small onion, diced finely
3 tablespoons of parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
3 to 4 eggs, then another 3 egg yolks
Enough milk to moisten bread mixture.

Directions:

Mix all together in a large bowl. Best mixed with your hands, just remember to wash before mixing. Add a little wine if you are making the turkey.

Great with gravy made from the chicken or turkey broth.
