Mix flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and Splenda. Sift together.
Combine egg, milk, and melted butter. Beat until thoroughly mixed and smooth.
Combine dry ingredients with liquid mixture and mix again until smooth. Sprinkle generously with melted butter, Splenda, and cinnamon.
Bake in a round pyrex dish (8" or 9") for about 20 minutes @ 400 degrees.
