Recipe: Eatable fish Bowl

"This is a popular treat for the kids to make on a rainy day when they are bored. You can get really creative."

2 pkgs Blue Jello (usually blue raspberry)
Gummy sea creatures
Cool whip
Plastic fish bowl (very inexpensive to get and adds to the effect!)

Directions:

Prepare the Jello according to the package directions. Pour half the Jello into the fish bowl and stick it in the ‘fridge for about 30 minutes. Leave

the rest of the Jello liquid out so it comes to room temperature. Keep an eye on the bowl in the ‘fridge, and when it gets a little thick (try sloshing it around) add some of your gummy fish, sharks, etc. Put the bowl back in the ‘fridge for another 15 minutes, add more of the room temperature Jello mixture. Put it in the ‘fridge for about 15 minutes and add more gummy sea creatures.
Put the Jello back in the ‘fridge, and when it is thick (about 1 hour), top with “waves” of cool whip!

You have an ocean of treats for after lunch or dinner! Enjoy….
