Recipe: Pink salad



1 lb cottage cheese
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 sm package Jello (any flavor will do , so pick your favorite color)
1 small Cool Whip or similar topping

Directions:

Drain pineapple and mix with cottage cheese. Sprinkle in the Jello powder, and fold in the Cool Whip. Refrigerate.
